We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Business Analyst who loves untangling problems, bringing clarity to complexity, and turning ideas into practical, restaurant-ready solutions. You’ll work across projects and BAU, partnering closely with Operations, Culinary, L&D, Tech and Franchise teams to help GYG deliver better outcomes - faster, simpler, and with less friction for our crews. What you’ll be doing Break down business problems and clearly define root causes Gather, validate and document requirements that actually make sense on the ground Map current and future-state processes to identify gaps and simplification opportunities Produce practical artefacts like process maps, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria Support solution design, testing and change impacts to ensure requirements are met Partner with Project Managers to support smooth delivery and governance Work closely with Ops, Culinary, L&D, Tech and PX to align on outcomes What we’re looking for You’re someone who brings structure, curiosity and confidence to complex environments: 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst Strong problem analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills Experience working across projects and BAU investigations Confident facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders Clear communicator with strong attention to detail Comfortable using tools like Smartsheet, Miro/Visio and Excel Bonus points if you’ve worked in: QSR, hospitality, retail, FMCG or other multi-site operations, or supported system changes, operational rollouts or training impacts.
