Description

nalyse the incumbent supplier's current service scope, operational responsibilities, dependencies and interfaces.
Identify sequencing considerations, transition dependencies, risks, assumptions and operational impacts.
Support controlled, incremental transition planning for service handover and replacement service arrangements.

Documentation and GovernanceDocument requirements for service documentation transfer, data migration, data destruction evidence, asset/property return and access revocation.
Maintain requirements traceability, decision records, action tracking, workshop outputs and transition documentation.
Support readiness tracking, governance inputs and progress reporting alongside the Project Manager.
