Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics
• Experience in demand planning
• Excellent communication skills, able to understand complex business processes among cross-functional teams.
• Affinity with marketing and business insights processes and analytics.
• Good analytics skills, able to recognize data patterns and trends, create data insights based on observations.
• Tableau skills are advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (both written and oral).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a curious mindset
• Proactive and responsible self-starter
• Excellence MS Excel skills
• Goods Power BI and Power Query skills
• Python and SQL as an option

Responsibilities:

• Proving HAVI team with data management support: gathering Clients inputs, ensuring data quality, completeness and on-time delivery.
• Supporting HAVI team in customer communication: collecting customer questions and feedback, participating in weekly update calls, priority discussions, trainings, admin questions.
• Working together with HAVI team on business analysis, identifying and assessing bugs and gaps.
• Improving & understanding of MDS functionality, increasing MDS engagement, providing instructions on basic MDS features, increasing usage statistics.
