YOUR NEW ROLE

In this position, you will oversee the provision of business analysis, requirements, process redesign, and enhancements, ensuring the effective delivery and upkeep of Information and Technology services. You will be tasked with formulating testing strategies and plans for all solutions and services, ensuring uniform delivery. Your responsibilities will also encompass the creation of gap analyses, elicitation of requirements (both functional and non-functional), analysis, and prioritisation. You will align business requirements and processes, pinpointing gaps and opportunities. Alongside this, you will convert business needs and requirements into technical and solutions requirements using analytical tools, methods, and techniques. Additionally, you will be involved with the formulation of testing strategies and user acceptance testing plans for solution delivery projects.
