Interview Process: 1 round, Virtual/Online Duration: 12+ Months Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2) Experience Required: 06+ Years Work Requirement: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense. Project Scope: We are seeking a Business Analyst – Advanced to support healthcare and Medicaid projects. The role involves analyzing business needs, documenting processes, and providing technical and non-technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business units and IT to deliver solutions that meet user needs Analyze operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Document business processes, requirements, and data relationships Translate high-level business needs into functional specifications Support requirements management, including change control and tracking Provide guidance to technical and testing teams on business requirements Identify risks and propose actionable solutions Collaborate with vendors, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders Maintain business rules, requirements, and models in a repository Required Skills & Experience: · 5+ years’ experience in government IT or healthcare projects as a Business Analyst · 5+ years’ experience documenting business rules, processes, and requirements · 3+ years’ experience in Medicaid or healthcare projects · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Knowledge of business modeling techniques and process documentation Preferred Skills: · Subject Matter Expertise in Medicaid or healthcare insurance operations · Microsoft Project / Project Server · Microsoft DevOps Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field
