The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements that enable the successful delivery of digital and technology solutions across Heathrow’s Commercial & Digital Platforms. The role operates across a range of enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, integration services, data platforms, and other key technologies, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value. Working within Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks, the BA collaborates closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and cross‑functional delivery teams to define outcomes, shape solutions, and support delivery throughout the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through to implementation and value realisation. The role also flexibly supports delivery models where required, including elements of Waterfall alongside Agile, ensuring effective coordination and successful outcomes across diverse project environments. Working Location Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow.
