Your Mission:
The purpose of the Business Analyst is to lead the design and deployment of global or local solutions via a structured deployment framework, ensuring the functional fit and the embedment of new ways of working in close alignment with the business functions. This role’s mission is to act as a translator between D&T and our business functions. The Business Analyst will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation, leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Translate business priorities into actionable changes in ways of working or clear business features with defined requirements, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
• Select and/or design solutions that align with D&T strategy and global frameworks while addressing local needs to support and improve business and D&T processes.
• Design and align the functional aspects of solutions in scope, ensuring they meet agreed performance indicators and defined ways of working.
• Support operational activities by identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with business objectives and actionable insights.
• Work closely with solution architects to ensure designs adhere to HEINEKEN’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.
• Manage the deployment workstream for assigned projects or solutions, embedding new ways of working following the prioritization by the D&T Management team.
• Support the identification of business needs, translating them into functional designs or revised processes while verifying their impact and execution for the business.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization by leveraging technologies such as AI, collaborating with technical teams to explore use cases that align with business goals.
• Promote awareness of AI capabilities within business teams to foster adoption and innovation while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

We want you to bring:

• Degree in Technology or other relevant fields (Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent); a master’s degree is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in large and complex organizations and/or IT industry and/or multinational organizations.
• Relevant experience defining business processes, working on IT solutions, or participating in digital transformation projects; familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, RPA) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strategic & analytical thinking combined with pragmatism and diplomacy.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
