Job Title: NetSuite Business Analyst
Reports to: Enterprise Applications Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Purpose: The Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for assisting the users of the NetSuite ERP system with development, troubleshooting, report writing and training along with working with IT developers and consultants to implement changes and improvements to the ERP. This position requires an individual that has a desire to serve internal customers, can manage multiple priorities with deadlines, and has attention to detail. The company continues to show steady growth, and the Business Analyst is required to have a strong focus on the continuous improvement of processes and controls.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics / Warehouse experience
• Minimum 2 years in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience writing queries, joins, and stored procedures.
• General knowledge of both accounting principles and practices and basic ERP structure.
• Willingness to learn new ERP systems and related software.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with limited supervision.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of fellow employees.
• Ability to convey information effectively and clearly in verbal and written form.
• Must be dependable and responsible when fulfilling obligations.
• Must be detail and results oriented while embracing and adapting to change.
• Ability to deliver high customer service and lead by example.

• The Business Analyst is a role dedicated to Hoffman Hydronics to:
• Be responsible for being our local expert for NetSuite ERP.
• Create and deliver data visualizations, reports and dashboards for management using NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.
• Work with ERP users to both create and improve reporting for financial, operations, and executive functions.
• Lead project management for:
• software upgrades and improvements.
• Integration with other systems and software.
• Manage user access and security settings
• Coordinate and lead training.
• Coordinate and lead process improvement activities.
