POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting HomeServe’s strategic initiatives by analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable requirements. This position is essential for ensuring that business processes align with organizational goals and optimize efficiency by gathering, documenting, and analyzing stakeholder input and requirements to support key decision-making processes.
In this role, the Business Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders and project teams to identify business challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities involve conducting data analysis, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, developing business cases, facilitating/governing user acceptance testing and assisting in the implementation of business process improvements. The role demands analytical thinking, an inquisitive mind, the ability to see outside the box, as well as the skill to probe and extract details that others may not see, problem-solving capabilities, and a detailed understanding of business operations to drive effective solutions and deliver tangible business benefits.

Salary Range (Chattanooga, TN): $80,741.12 - $107,654.83
Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $98,683.60 - $131,578.13
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
