Job Description In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of a complex HRIS implementation, including: Validating requirements, facilitating workshops, and mapping key processes Supporting system design to meet HR, Workforce Management, and Compliance needs Assisting with data mapping, migration, and configuration activities Coordinating testing, UAT, and change support materials Contributing to project delivery, risk management, and team collaboration Qualifications You’ll bring strong BA capability and experience to support a successful HRIS implementation, including: Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations, with strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience across testing, UAT coordination, and data mapping/migration activities Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for varied audiences Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and support change and user adoption Ideally, experience with HR, Payroll, or WFM systems, and knowledge of Australian compliance requirements Additional Information What’s in it for you?
