This position will be part of UPMC's Health Services Division (HSD) Operations Team. This position will parter with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights by compiling, analyzing, and presenting key operational KPIs. Through clear, data-driven reporting and executive-ready presentations, this position enables informed decision-making that advances efficiency, improvement, and strategic goals across the Health Services Division. This role will work onsite at the Forbes Tower during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Ability to work with large data sets and financial reports Provides clear and meaningful reports for leadership, staff, and other stakeholders Manages data from multiple data sources as appropriate Collaborates with key stakeholders to optimize compliance with operational metrics Establishes and/or monitors dashboards for internal monitoring of quality performance across multiple platforms Analyzes and interprets quality metrics, identifies trends in performance, and offers suggestions for improvement Performs cost-benefit analysis of implementing new metrics, discontinuing old metrics and relative value to UPMC Maintains appropriate documentation of existing processes Protects the integrity and confidentiality of all data and information and protects proprietary information Effectively prioritizes work and completes all assignments timely Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, healthcare, management or related field is required. Minimum of three years' experience in business/industry specialty required Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal skills and organizational skills required Knowledge of various aspects of healthcare, quality, and process improvement preferred Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Power Apps and other data applications.
