Description
Our partners are looking for a passionate professional to join their product-led organization operating within a large, complex digital ecosystem. You will work as part of a mature, cross-functional product team, contributing directly to the growth and evolution of digital products used daily by a large user base. Although the role is titled Business Analyst, in practice it acts as a close partner to the Product Owner. You will not carry P&L responsibility, but you are expected to demonstrate strong ownership, initiative and an intrapreneurial mindset, helping shape product direction through data, analysis and structured thinking. This role focuses on growth, conversion, activation, retention and monetization, combining elements of product ownership, product analytics, decision support and growth initiatives. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product, business and data. You will collaborate closely with product leadership, engineers, designers and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, frame problems, define solutions and measure real impact on users and the business. Mission Drive product growth through informed, data-driven decision making across key user journeys. Translate business needs into actionable insights, requirements and experiments, ensuring that what the team builds delivers measurable value. Act as a key connector between product, technology and business stakeholders, supporting prioritization, roadmap discussions and post-launch evaluation. Your work will help the team clearly understand what to build, why it matters and how success is measured. You will be responsible for: Product Growth & Analytics Analyzing end-to-end user funnels (visit → order → repeat), identifying drop-offs and growth opportunities. Supporting growth initiatives (campaigns, promotions, user journeys) with clear hypotheses, KPIs and post-analysis. Collaborating with Product and Data teams to define tracking requirements and contribute to meaningful dashboards. Requirements & Problem Framing Translating business challenges (e.g. churn, low conversion, underperforming segments) into structured requirements and solution options. Documenting current user flows (as-is) and propose improved journeys (to-be) for core product experiences. Preparing clear specifications, user stories or tickets for product and engineering teams when needed. Decision Support Building simple business cases and models to support product decisions (impact on orders, GMV, margins, costs). Supporting prioritization by sizing opportunities, estimating impact and highlighting risks or dependencies. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on definitions, segments, KPIs and success criteria. Execution & Follow-Up Defining success metrics and KPIs for new features and growth experiments. Monitoring rollouts, identify issues early and feed learnings back into the roadmap. Maintaining visibility of what has been shipped, why it was built and what impact it delivered. Must Have 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner or in a similar role. Experience working with digital products, ideally in B2C environments (e-commerce, marketplaces, delivery, telco-like platforms, fintech). Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and basic SQL or similar tools. Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, designers and business stakeholders. Very good command of English and Greek (spoken and written). Nice to Have Experience with growth or lifecycle topics (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing). Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar). Background in requirements gathering and a solid understanding of product development processes. Experience in marketing, operations or commercial roles with strong analytical exposure. Skills & Competencies Strong product mindset with a high sense of ownership. Ability to structure ambiguous problems, ask the right questions and communicate insights clearly. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to turn complexity into actionable outcomes. Confident in influencing and balancing business, user and technical perspectives. Curious, proactive and driven to deeply understand users, markets and data. Competitive salary (€2,800 – €3,200 gross, depending on experience). Exposure to large-scale digital products and complex stakeholder environments. Real influence on product direction, roadmap and growth strategy.
