JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide analytical support to the Supply Management business, as related to the business functions.
• Provide support to SMS managers in the development of business analysis requirements, and the extraction and manipulation of data from PassPort inventory, and purchasing modules.
• Familiarize with application of business and supply chain process flow knowledge to anticipate control requirements, and reveal performance weaknesses within the process flows.
• Provide specialized business interpretation and advice concerning the performance and trending of materials management process flows, as derived from analysis of data extracted from PassPort.
• In conjunction with the SMS managers/ Integration Coordinator, develop management and SMS end user analysis reports to support the business process control requirements.
• Develop extraction and manipulation programs to create required analysis reports as may be required and approve.
• Develop communicate and distribution of business analysis information processes to OHSC managers as required and directed by the accountable SMS manage /Integration Coordinator.
• Maintain specific analysis documentation with respect to extraction configuration and analysis data.
• Assist, as required, with the development or maintenance of training material and training delivery.
• Perform other duties as required
