Overview
This position performs data analysis to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency. Assesses current practices, collects information and industry trends, and creates specifications to support business operations. Assists in determining improvements or solutions to address business issues. Prepares technical reports by examining and summarizing data.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
Operational Support - Provides support for business unit by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve standard practices. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
Identifying Objectives - Determines overall business needs through analysis and reporting. May identify strategies to achieve company and department goals, and assist in creating specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation to communicate business initiatives to wider work group.
Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
- OR -
High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Operations, or Support

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Business professional written and verbal communication
Advanced attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build, manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Driven to identify process-improvement opportunities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
CRM system experience (Salesforce or similar)
User-experience (UX) testing/debugging experience
Project-based work experience
