IT Business Analyst Your Opportunity: Rio Grande is a global leader in supplying precious metals and materials to jewelers and manufacturers around the world. Our IT Analysis team is looking for a Business Analyst to support and serve as the application lead for several key applications, including Enterworks (PIM), Algolia (search), Google Analytics, and other business applications. This role will serve as the Business Analyst for these platforms, partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems are stable, optimized, and continuously evolving to meet business needs. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large and complex data sets, and capable of translating business needs into actionable technical solutions. While experience with these specific platforms is ideal, we are equally interested in candidates who have supported similar enterprise applications and demonstrate a strong ability and curiosity to learn new tools and technologies. You will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations while also driving enhancements, upgrades, and long-term improvements across multiple platforms.   What You’ll Do:  •    Act as the primary point of contact for multiple applications, including Enterworks (PIM), Algolia, Google Analytics, and other business applications. •    Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements. •    Analyze large and complex data sets across systems to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. •    Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation. •    Support application enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals. •    Manage and triage application issues, acting as the first point of escalation for business users. •    Collaborate with development, QA, and external vendors to implement and validate solutions. •    Initiate, plan, manage, and support medium-sized projects and continuous improvement efforts.   What You'll Need: •    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. •    2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an IT environment. •    Experience supporting enterprise applications (PIM, search, analytics, or other data-driven platforms preferred). •    Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and interpret large, complex data sets. •    Experience gathering and documenting requirements, workflows, and user stories. •    Ability to manage multiple applications and priorities in a fast-paced environment. •    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •    Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred: •    Experience with Enterworks (PIM), Algolia, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. •    SQL or basic data querying skills. •    Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau). •    Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows between platforms. •    Understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, product data, or search optimization. Schedule: Within the hours of 7AM-5PM, with hybrid opportunities 3 days on-site Required. Environment/Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary, requiring employees to sit for extended periods. This can include working at a computer, attending meetings, and performing other tasks while seated.
