Job Description Business Systems Analyst – IFS ERP Pune/Noida/Bangalore, India As a Business Systems Analyst specializing in IFS ERP, you will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing Rockwell Automation’s core business systems. You will report to the IT Manager and work in a hybrid capacity from our Pune, India office. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design scalable solutions, and support global deployments of IFS Applications (v7.5 preferred). Your contributions will directly impact business growth and operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities: System Analysis & Solution Design: Lead requirement refinement sessions, translate business needs into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions within IFS using both declarative and programmatic tools. IFS System Administration & Support: Administer IFS environments (Dev, Test, Prod), manage user roles, configure modules, and troubleshoot performance issues. Support Centura, IEE, B2E clients, and server infrastructure including SSL renewals. Integration & Documentation: Design and document integrations between IFS and other enterprise systems (SAP, HR, IAM), including API specifications, data mapping, and error handling. Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, collaborate with product owners and scrum teams, and mentor junior team members to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements. Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage a backlog of enhancements and requests, facilitate UAT, and provide training and support to end-users across business segments. The Essentials – You Will Have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 5–7+ years of hands-on experience as a BSA with IFS Applications 7.5/8. Expertise in IFS modules including Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Finance, and Project Management. Strong experience in IFS system administration, configuration, and performance tuning. Proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret PL/SQL procedures and packages. Experience with MuleSoft and web services (REST/SOAP) for integrations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams. The Preferred – You Might Also Have: Experience migrating to or working with IFS Cloud. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. ITIL certification or exposure to IT Service Management frameworks. Project management experience or involvement in cross-functional ERP projects.
