ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Works with the Business Analysis and Architecture team(s) in assessing customer capabilities and identifying customer requirements Works within Business Analyst and Architecture team in eliciting product requirements and use cases Translates requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product and user acceptance testing. Participates in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the technical team, and ensures a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Participates in quality management reviews Works primarily with internal project teams and will have independent interactions with the customer. Performs other related duties and activities as required.
