Schedule: Full Time Shift: Location: The role you’ll contribute: Provides direction, administration, and coordination of medical office activities, excluding activities requiring professional medical judgment, to directly support physicians, nurses, etc. Provides oversight and clinical excellence in a specialty area of expertise. Conducts scheduling and supports staffing assignments including setting staffing ratios and identifying potential staffing shortages. Conducts audits to confirm the accuracy of medical records and identify any non-compliant activity. The value you’ll bring to the team: Develops and maintains performance measurement processes, including database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment. Interacts frequently with leadership and quality personnel to facilitate discussions of existing data products and assess unmet analytic needs and potential enhancements. Analyzes and interprets data to identify areas for improvement and provide meaningful data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership. Develops key performance indicators through gathering requirements, defining specifications, and establishing goals or benchmarks. Manages complex datasets by identifying, aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources in preparation for reporting use. Uses analytical techniques to design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide insight to the organization. The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree Mastery of desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiar with data visualization and statistical analysis tools (preferably Power BI, Qlik Products, Tableau, Minitab, R, Stata, or SAS) Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all assigned projects Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage efforts across multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines Preferred qualifications: Master's degree 1+ in a healthcare organization 2+ in a related analytic position
