Come make an impact every day at Zebra. The Business Analytics team reports and measures the activity within Global services and solutions organization. We are a small team of professionals with high added value - we create reports which are the basis for business decisions up to the highest level of the company. Our data helps to understand company performance, we contribute to several key processes (services planning, forecasting, sales compensation, profitability and many others) and we are also part of strategic Services projects. Responsibilities: Working directly with business stakeholders, designs a limited variety of moderately complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications. Delivers report in format to aid business stakeholder interpretation (pivot tables, graphs, etc.) Reviews existing reports for data accuracy. Proposes resolutions for quality issues of limited scope to more senior level analysts/supervisor and escalates complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolution Uses data methodologies and business acumen to generate recommendations to moderately complex problems to review with supervisor/senior analyst Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2-5 years experience Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations Intermediate systems knowledge in assigned functional area Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations Microsoft PowerPoint - intermediate Presentation skills - intermediate skills required. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred Analytical skills Ability to look through the numbers and see the detail as well as the bigger picture Ability to present data visually and also explain it to non-analysts (management, sales, operations) Advanced Excel user (advanced functions, pivots, experience with large datasets) Basic experience or knowledge with databases and reporting tools (e.g. MS Access, SQL, BigQuery, Power BI) Self-confident to take the responsibility, work on your own, make a decision, innovate and improve Communication skills, self-organized, ability to prioritize and deliver on time To protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you via @zebra.com email accounts.
