itD is seeking a Business Analyst III to support cross-functional initiatives by driving clear requirements definition, enabling technical troubleshooting, and ensuring structured project execution across multiple workstreams. This role plays a key part in managing vendor access operations, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting critical launches through data-driven insights and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in business analysis, project coordination, and security operations, along with a proven track record of delivering efficient access management solutions and resolving complex technical issues. Location: Remote Duration: 8months We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Support technical troubleshooting by triaging issues, documenting reproduction steps, and tracking resolution progress Manage access provisioning and role-based permissions aligned with security and operational requirements Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and execution documentation to ensure timely delivery Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured communication for diverse audiences Apply basic AI tools and techniques to enhance documentation, analysis, and workflow automation Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture key decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items Internal Responsibilities Attend regular internal practice community meetings Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material) Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities Required Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project/program coordination, or related roles Strong project management experience including planning, prioritization, and dependency tracking Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and issue triage with engineering or technical teams Experience in access management, role-based provisioning, and security operations Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured outputs Experience managing medium to large stakeholder groups Preferred Qualifications and Skills Experience with AI tools for analysis, automation, or workflow optimization Background in stakeholder management across business operations and security teams Prior experience working with large-scale tech organizations.
