This is an operation’s role. The person filling this role will be working with the Imaging System.  Hourly interaction with other members of the Level 3 technical team is expected.    Interaction with Level1/Level 2 support personnel and client end users will occur on a regular basis.  Provide and maintain application availability. This includes periodic monitoring of servers, applications, webservices, etc. using manual and automated means.  Desire to learn and adapt to the latest Imaging Technology.  What we're looking for 3 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position working with business processes and process improvement. Experience with Hyland Software, Jira and Service Now. Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization. Experience with business process and information modeling tools and techniques Preferred Skill Requirements Good personal computer and business solutions software skills Analytical and problem solving skills. Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. Good written and oral communication skills Presentation skills to communicate with management and customers. Ability to work in a team environment.
