As a Business Analyst for Sales Solutions, you’ll work closely with sales teams, business stakeholders, and a scrum team to design and evolve solutions that enhance SAP’s sales processes and drive revenue growth.

• Engaging with stakeholders to gather and decompose business requirements.
• Designing solutions that improve end-to-end processes, focusing on automation, usability, and maintainability.
• Driving process performance improvements using KPIs and PPIs.
• Ensuring quality through automation testing and “shift-left” practices.
• Developing expertise in SAP’s latest customer experience solutions.
