The Incident Response Management Team’s mission is to help our peers work through the biggest, most impactful issues they encounter so that Grant Street can deliver a top-notch product experience to our clients. As a Business Analyst – Incident Response, you’ll play a key role in reducing the frequency, duration, and impact of incidents across our diverse suite of products and services. Success in this role requires a broad understanding of our technology stack, our products, and our clients – and, most importantly, how they all interact.

The core function of the Incident Response Management Team is to help Grant Street Group reduce incidents in every way: their frequency, their duration, and their impact for both ourselves and our clients. This requires that we focus on a few different things:
Expected Salary Range: $70,000 – $120,000/yea
