Job Description Role Summary – IT Business Analyst (Custody Data Store) The IT Business Analyst will support the evolution of the Custody Data Store platform—a central repository that collects Custody data and provides it to various systems and users. The role contributes to ongoing infrastructure migration, development of new use cases, reporting enhancements, and API improvements, working closely with the Product Owner and the Development team. Key Responsibilities (Rewritten & Condensed) Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Custody and Settlement processes. Support change management activities, documenting system evolutions and ensuring proper implementation. Create and maintain test books/test suites, identifying all impacted components for each change. Execute acceptance testing and issue sign‑offs, validating that deliverables meet functional expectations. Provide functional expertise to the Development team, clarifying requirements and supporting solution design. Act as a subject‑matter expert in Custody and Settlement, contributing to documentation, workflows, and functional rules. Facilitate Agile communication within the Scrum framework, ensuring smooth collaboration between Developers, the Product Owner, and the Project Manager. Support the delivery of the Quarterly Agile Plan, ensuring planned objectives are well understood and achievable. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant professional experience Knowledge in Custody, Settlement and Corporate Actions Documentation Testing Methodology English (good written and spoken English)
