As a Business Analyst at Inlogik, you’ll play a crucial role in our project lifecycle—from defining client requirements to delivering outstanding solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet and exceed expectations.
This is a hybrid role with minimum 2 days per week in our Melbourne office

Responsibilities
  • Client Workshops & Meetings: Facilitate initial discussions to formalise business requirements.
  • Requirement Gathering: Develop work orders/functional designs and communicate these to our Development Team.
  • Design Review: Oversee and review client installation builds prepared by the Implementation Project Manager.
  • Quoting Process: Manage and ensure accurate quotes that reflect client needs and company profitability.
  • Solution Delivery: Assist with the delivery of solutions, including providing training and creating training materials as needed.
  • UAT Services: Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate designs and work orders.
  • Customer Service: Offer top-notch support to clients, including configuration assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of business processes within the organisation.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals and outcomes.
