Description

Fruit Towers - London
IT and Business Change
Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

Responsibilities

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a very exciting opportunity to deliver our technology transformation projects which Supply, Manufacturing, Finance, People, Commercial and Product. You’ll sit in the Solution Architecture & Design team alongside (including line management of some) other BA’s, but your role will see you working on projects end-to-end, from Design through Deliver, where you’ll have the opportunity to make use of your full BA toolkit (requirements gathering, critical thinking, making change recommendations, partnering, testing, training change mgmt. etc). You’ll work closely with PMs, our testing function, as well as SMEs and other business stakeholders too.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • As a Business Analyst in the Enterprise Services team, you’ll be:
  • Working in a fast-paced environment to design, deliver and roll out technology and process improvement projects across Supply, Manufacturing, Finance, People, Commercial and Product, evolving our existing applications and/or bringing in new to unlock functional capabilities
  • Listening to the business and making recommendations for change, building those recommendations out through structured and detailed requirements gathering
  • Supporting the wider team triage and prioritise incoming work based on agreed plans and prioritisation criteria
  • Using, and making recommendation to improve, our existing change governance and ways of working to manage the lifecycle of and ultimately land change back into the business
  • Landing change into our business through brilliant change mgmt. and engagement with users and stakeholders
  • Partnering with and delivering through multiple 3rd party technology vendors and internal change teams
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to support the end-to-end delivery of change
  • Supporting, coaching and mentoring more junior analysts – being an active member of the analyst community

you’ll have

  • Experience working as a BA on technology change projects and a willingness to manage a small team is a must in this role. Alongside that you’ll also have;
  • Experience working with and delivering through 3rd party technology vendors
  • Be willing to manage a team, setting high standards and supporting the delivery of them
  • Worked on multiple projects across the project lifecycle of varying scale and complexity, comfortable to lead through each phase of change
  • A passion for transforming businesses through technology
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyse information and come to a coherent recommendation
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simply articulate complex problems
  • Great relationship building skills and a natural ability to build trust through day-to-day interactions
  • A steely determination and clear vision to make the tough calls about what is right, at the same time as bringing people along for the journey

you’ll get

  • The chance to work in a team in the epicentre of delivering transformation for the business, where you’ll be able to see the difference you’re making to how the innocent (and it’s people) works.
  • Put your BA skills to good use and learn a whole load of new ones through our BA community, working alongside a great bunch in our core teams, the wider project delivery teams and business teams as a whole.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.
In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
