Tasks

• Conducting discovery workshops and requirements analyses in the field of vehicle claims management in the insurance, fleet and OEM environments for our proprietary claims management platform "Gateway" and other software solutions. 
• Development of solution concepts, optimization potentials and elaboration of scope definitions for digitization, automation and integration initiatives 
• Creation of business requirements for technical implementation using process diagrams (e.g., BPMN), requirement items, and other types of requirements documentation (e.g., story maps).  
• Ensuring the quality, completeness, and traceability of the requirements 
• Coordination with project stakeholders, especially customers, specialist departments, management and international software development, for requirements analysis and acceptance of the developed solutions with the participating parties.  
• Maintaining the initiative backlog and prioritizing requirements within the development process 
• Support and management of the technical implementation and clarification of technical questions for the successful and timely fulfillment of the requirements.
