Innovatus Technology Consultants is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, supporting critical projects through expertise in configuration, deployment, documentation, and audit processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing release schedules and ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining compliance with security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Deployment: Configure and manage deployments for software and system implementations, ensuring alignment with project requirements and operational standards.
  • Documentation Support: Assist in creating, maintaining, and organizing comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards, providing documentation and process insights as needed.
  • Release Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage release schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones while mitigating risks and resolving conflicts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance deployment efficiency, and improve documentation practices.
  • Agile/SCRUM Support: Participate in Agile or SCRUM ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to support iterative project delivery (knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies is a plus).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in configuring deployments and managing release schedules.
  • Familiarity with documentation and audit processes in a regulated environment.
  • Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile or SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
