Job Description The Business Analyst – Insights & Opportunity Scoping is responsible for building the data and insight foundation of strategic engagements with Globe’s enterprise clients. This role supports the diagnosis of customer experience gaps and the identification of high-value opportunities through market research, customer data analysis, and strategic benchmarking. It plays a critical role in shaping the fact base behind executive-level recommendations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Gathering & Strategic Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to understand industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive benchmarks. Leverage internal data, market reports, and proprietary tools to gather relevant insights for each client engagement Customer & Market Segmentation: Support segmentation of client organizations by industry, digital maturity, and strategic intent. Use frameworks and data analytics to profile customer segments and their transformation readiness Insight Generation & Hypothesis Testing: Collaborate with senior team members to test hypotheses related to customer journey gaps, solution viability, and market opportunities. Analyze usage patterns, pain points, and operational bottlenecks to surface actionable insights Opportunity Sizing & Prioritization Support: Assist in quantifying opportunity areas through TAM/SAM analysis, baseline KPIs, and scenario modeling. Apply structured methodologies to evaluate strategic impact and feasibility Strategic Deliverable Support: Prepare clear, data-driven visualizations and briefing materials to support customer journey maps, strategy decks, and opportunity frameworks.
