Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Insurance | SAP) to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis within the insurance domain, with solid experience in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA migration projects. You will play a key role in supporting the design and implementation of innovative insurance solutions, translating business needs into technical and process requirements, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and delivery of insurance solutions Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities Produce business analysis documentation, reports, and presentations Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings Recommend process optimizations and system enhancements Support testing and validation of insurance products and services +3 years of experience with SAP FICO Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects Strong background in business analysis within the insurance industry Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization Proven track record in delivering business analysis projects Strong stakeholder management skills Experience working in cross-functional and international environments Fluent English (mandatory) Benefits Employment Contract; Health Insurance; Meal Card; Gym Ticket; Hybrid work (2 days per week in the Lisbon office)
