Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop comprehensive technical and functional specifications that align with product goals and customer needs. Act as a conduit between product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner for non-technical stakeholders. Assist in testing and validation of products to ensure they meet specifications and requirements. Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development. Support project managers in tracking and delivering on project timelines related to product specifications. Qualifications A degree in Information Technology or any related field 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis in a software engineering projects Experience working in an Insurance industry Practices Agile methodology Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluent, Figma, draw.io etc.
