Are you ready to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions? Join the START Internship Program as a Business Analyst Intern and become part of a dynamic SaaS company on its journey to becoming a global leader in Field Service Management (FSM).

What you are going to do:

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical analysts, developers, and product teams) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in system design, development, testing, and user acceptance phases.
  • Support key stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Understanding of customer needs, solution-design skills
  • Ability to analyze and break -down problems and tasks
  • Knowledge of SQL, web services (REST, CXF), and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English (B2 level) and Italian (Native or B2+) is core.
  • Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
