You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and collaborate with all teams across the company. You will support executive-level decision-making, accelerate operational efficiency, and help scale a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company. What will you do Support executive leadership through strategic analysis, KPI monitoring, and operational planning Build and maintain dashboards and analytical models (SQL / Metabase / HubSpot / Notion) to drive data-informed decisions across GTM, talent, and company operations Automate reporting and develop internal tools to enable operational scale, particularly performance tracking Support executive-level presentations and external materials Conduct competitive intelligence and maintain the internal cybersecurity & AI competitive monitoring framework Coordinate Qevlar’s presence at international cybersecurity events, including lead scoring, qualification workflows, and sales enablement support Who you are We’re seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing independence with collaboration, and who can bring clarity, focus, and structure.
