Job Description Your Role Act as a business co-pilot driving performance visibility and supporting the Regional GM (SEA & TR APAC), Sales and Finance team Business Performance & Commercial Monitoring Track KPIs across SEA (sales, productivity, sell-out trends) Monitor door-level performance with key retailers with focus on our Flagships Participate in the new sales dashboard optimization project Strategic & Financial Support Prepare executive summaries for business reviews and retailer meetings Support P&L analysis and business cases (new doors, investments) Assist in month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting Analyze growth drivers, risks, and performance vs targets FP&A & Data Analytics Support P&L analysis by country, channel and door Evaluate promotional effectiveness and profitability Automate reporting tools (Excel / Power BI) Improve data accuracy, efficiency and reporting processes Qualifications What You Bring Able to commit for a 6 months full time internship from Jun/Jul to Dec 2026 Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Business acumen and interest in retail/commercial operations Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus Proactive and adaptable Additional Information Why Join Us Exposure to regional leadership and decision-making Hands-on experience across commercial, finance and retail operations High-impact role with real business visibility Job Category: Sales
