In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, transforming raw data into actionable insights that optimize the impact of our field teams and drive our commercial strategy across Tunisia and Libya. Your role: Reporting to the Customer Engagement & Digital team, your main responsibilities will include: 1. Activity Analysis Monitor and analyze the daily activity and coverage of our customer-facing roles Evaluate alignment between field activity and strategic priorities to ensure optimal engagement with healthcare stakeholders. Identify gaps in territory coverage and propose data-driven recommendations for optimization. Support the mapping and analysis of current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements for automation or optimization. 2. Strategic Insights & KPIs Dashboarding: Design, update, and automate dynamic dashboards to visualize Strategy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Performance Tracking: Monitor the execution of Disease Areas plans and flag risks or opportunities to the management team. Data Analysis: Process datasets to identify market trends, patterns, and anomalies. 3. Operational Excellence Support the preparation of periodic Business Reviews and executive presentations. Assist in impact measurement for major strategic initiatives and events. Who You Are: You are someone who wants to influence your own development. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or Economics. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to process data and translate it into clear business insights. Languages: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Proactive and curious mindset. Ability to communicate data simply to non-technical stakeholders. Key Competencies: Demonstrated ability to create insights using dashboard tools; knowledge of Tableau is an asset. Strong operational command of Excel and Google Sheets for data exploration and analysis.
