About the role We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst intern to join our Commercial Team. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise business processes, improve reporting across the organisation, and support business development. This role will drive operational efficiency, enhance data governance, contribute to business development initiatives, and assist strategic decision-making. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with industry experts, and help drive BMLL's success. What makes this job special: The business analyst team sits at the centre of the organisation, working alongside the sales, strategy, marketing and product teams, enabling candidates to develop a broad skill set. This role will provide deep insight into the processes and structure of an industry-leading FinTech. This role will enable candidates to support projects that will meaningfully change the decisions and workflows of stakeholders across the organisation. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will: Build and maintain business processes that enable the go-to-market team to scale its operations. Develop and present KPI reports and business change processes to organisational stakeholders. Support the Sales and Partnership team in developing collateral for clients and external stakeholders. Requirements: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to do quick analysis at tight deadlines. Excellent team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts. Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team. Strong presentation and communication skills.
