Job Description The ideal Inventory Integrity & Quality Analyst is detail oriented with excellent communication skills and a broad understanding of the operational and financial impacts of inventory accuracy and associated inventory integrity and quality process audit metrics. This individual is responsible for supporting the site Inventory Integrity and Quality as well as Operations team in ensuring high levels of unit accuracy, customer service and operational standards through leveraging data, information and observations to assess root cause of unit inaccuracy and process execution errors. A day in the life… Performing data analytics and trending associated with cycle count results, inventory adjustments and quality process audits Investigating root cause of unit variances and process execution errors Working with and influencing teams to define effective solutions to identified root cause of inventory inaccuracy and processing errors Utilizing cross-functional partnerships to address identified people, process and system issues Training associates on process and/or system changes and effective process performance You own this if you have… A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business Management, or equivalent work-related experience of 1+ years in supply chain operations, inventory control, quality process audits, data analytics, process improvement 3+ years distribution and/or fulfillment center work experience Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills used to prepare and present data analysis Working knowledge of WMS/WES systems; such as Manhattan, DAI, High Jump and Retail merchandise management and store systems; such as, Oracle RMS & SIM Advanced PC skills with MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and Data Query Tools such as Cognos SCI, SQL, etc. Flexibility to work off shift where necessary to observe processes, partner with operations and train teams on changes We’ve got you covered… Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
