• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a Tribe or squad structure.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Investment and Trading to join our team. The chosen candidate will play a key role in translating product-related concepts into actionable User-Stories for our IT Development teams. Reporting initially to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), the Business Analyst will be instrumental in driving forward our vision and ensuring seamless delivery of investment and trading products.

YOUR MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Product Managers, and IT Development teams, to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Analyze and document business processes related to investment and trading products, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Translate complex investment and trading concepts into clear and concise User-Stories, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
• Work with the IT Development teams to define the acceptance criteria and ensure successful implementation of User-Stories.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies, contributing to the prioritization and planning of development tasks.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of product requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in investment and trading to propose innovative solutions.
• Champion the product vision, drive initiatives, and advocate for continuous improvement in processes and systems.
