We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this hybrid role, you will not only act as a bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical team but also ensure our Agile practices are implemented effectively and ensure smooth collaboration between business, design, and development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements, preparing the product backlog for development, and ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams. You will play a key role in validating designs, coordinating UAT and release readiness, and supporting teams throughout the development cycle. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of user experience and digital products, and proven experience in Agile environments. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering a world-class mobile experience for one of Southeast Asia’s largest resorts and entertainment companies, with a focus on serving its most valued Guests. The mobile app is a business-critical, rapidly evolving product that demands high standards of quality and scalability. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges and directly influence how end-users engage with the company’s services. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements Ability to create clear documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence or similar) Excellent communication and facilitation skills Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken) Nice to have skills Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams Background in specific domains (FinTech, Automotive.)
