Responsibilities

You’ll support a project to centralise all derivatives trading documentation into a single repository. This isn’t a digital transformation project — it’s a structured, document-driven clean-up exercise. Your focus will be on ensuring the correct ISDA documentation is identified, sourced, and captured.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying documentation requirements for each client based on trading activity
  • Engaging with Legal and internal stakeholders to obtain missing documents
  • Tracking and escalating documentation gaps
  • Organising and updating the centralised folder-based repository
  • Maintaining auditability and completeness across key document types

You’ll need a working understanding of the ISDA documentation landscape, including:

  • Master Agreements, CSAs, Addenda, Amendments, and ACAs
  • The typical derivatives documentation footprint across client types
  • Buyside documentation structures and controls

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years’ experience in derivatives documentation, operations, or legal
  • Solid understanding of OTC derivatives and client documentation flows
  • Comfortable chasing stakeholders, tracking tasks, and owning outcomes
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Experience in banking operations, client onboarding, or trading documentation
