BUSINESS ANALYST : ISLAMIC BANKING UPGRADE – FINACLE

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the upgrade and migration of Islamic banking products to the Finacle platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Islamic banking products, business process analysis, and requirements gathering, ensuring that the project adheres to Shariah compliance and meets the bank’s objectives.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Analyze payment systems, processes, and perform gap analysis.
- Work with technical teams to align system configurations with business needs.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionalities
- Prepare user documentation and provide training to end users.
- Hands-on experience with Finacle
- Strong knowledge of payment card processing, settlements, and clearing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
