ISS International SpA is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Fertilizer Employment Type: Contract - 1 Year JOB PURPOSE To support the Lead- Centre of Excellence in his/her duties to ensure Commercial Division is functioning optimally and identifying and implementing initiatives required to improve performance and implementing the Divisional Strategy through Balanced Scorecard. This includes: Drafting Policies and Procedures to enable effective Supply Chain and Procurement operations. Carry out ad-hoc audits in the procure to Pay to ensure compliance to avoid audit findings. Providing specific business intelligence, document management system and training related to Supply Chain and Procurement. To assist Head in proactively driving Governance & Compliance to Supply Chain and procurement standards. Full understanding of Procure to Pay process. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Supply Chain or Finance), Law, Engineering, or related field. Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) Preferred. 5+ Years of direct and relevant experience To meet the job specific skill/competency levels, as described in MAd-002

Responsibilities

Support the Lead-Centre of Excellence in optimizing the Commercial Division and implementing the Divisional Strategy via Balanced Scorecard. This includes drafting supply chain policies, conducting procure-to-pay audits, and driving governance and compliance standards.
