Agiliko is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join a dynamic, action-oriented team to help our client develop enterprise-class requirements for an ERP HR modernization initiative. This progressive opportunity is available for an experienced, motivated business analyst with experience in IT projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field with a minimum of four (4) years of related experience. An additional three (3) years of relevant professional related experience may be substituted for degree requirement;
· Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in business analysis & requirements capture on an ERP modernization-related project;
· Minimum of one (1) year of experience with ServiceNow or similar Requirement Management Application
· Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English is essential to interacting with clients and teams;
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment;
· Able to efficiently and effectively provide information to stakeholders with high quality and integrity;
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
· Detail oriented, able to work independently, self-motivated, pro-active;
· Optimistic attitude, poise, and team player;

The successful candidate will use cross-functional team coordination experience and excellent communication skills to support various requirements gathering, information capture, documentation and robust analysis functions across an enterprise-wide, strategic ERP modernization. This BA will work closely with ERP Subject Matter Experts with deep and extensive knowledge of the existing ERP HR platform (PeopleSoft HCM). Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges;
· Apply problem solving and critical thinking skills;
· Quickly and concisely research and collect data from unique & diverse sources;
· Ability to synthesize data, capture business requirements, and convey ERP modernization information in a meaningful way;
· Facilitate the management of technical difficulties, working with ERP SMEs to identify and capture work-arounds;
· Provide input into requirements for the short-term and long-term ERP modernization initiative;
· Work directly with business users to understand the relevant business processes and desired future operational requirements;
· Create business requirements documentation that clearly articulates current “as is” and future “to be” business processes, procedures and policies;
· Contribute to program deliverables related to reporting (i.e. Monthly Progress Reports, etc.);
