What will you do?
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for various projects and initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Create clear and detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions.
Develop user stories, business process workflows, and maintain centralized documentation repositories.
Facilitate workshops, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement effective solutions.
Assist project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure timely project execution.
Research emerging technologies and best practices to propose innovative solutions for process optimization.
✍️ What do we request?
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret large datasets to support decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to contribute to defining and achieving project objectives.
Ideally, certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related areas are a plus.
Availability to join the project within one month or less is preferred.
