Our client, a leading IT solutions provider in Singapore, is seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise ITSM and observability projects. The role bridges customer requirements and technical delivery, ensuring smooth implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate needs into clear specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout delivery.
  • Support solution design and alignment with IT service management practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, reviews, and UAT activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and enterprise IT delivery.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: experience with ServiceNow, BMC, or observability tools; BA certifications; bilingual English/Mandarin.
