Description Emory Healthare is seeking to hire a Business Analyst IV to support our Enterprise Architecture team. You will play a critical role in supporting the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team, with a primary focus on the ongoing implementation and optimization of ServiceNow, vendor due diligence, and application rationalization. This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting governance processes, and enabling effective communication and reporting across the EA portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Application Portfolio & Data Management Maintain the Application Portfolio data ServiceNow and other legacy systems, including regular data updates from ongoing project initiatives Oversee data mapping and migration of business applications and capability models from legacy system into ServiceNow, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity across the ServiceNow platform Define and manage data classes in ServiceNow (e.g., business applications, services, interfaces, application services) Build and maintain CMDB relationships for the Business Capability Model, Business Applications, Application Services, and Data Interfaces within ServiceNow Research application capabilities and costs to produce Application Rationalization recommendations and vendor comparative analysis 2. Governance & Process Improvement Collaborate with the change control team to govern application portfolios and life cycles Set up and oversee the data attestation process, including executing certification rounds and ongoing oversight post-implementation Support ongoing portfolio maintenance, including coordination with M&A activities, archiving, and decommissioning Administer architecture decision logs and follow up on contingent approvals from the Architecture Review Board (ARB) 3. Communication, Training & Reporting Develop and deliver communications and training for application owners Coordinate communications and reporting for EA consulting engagements Serve as librarian for the architecture library and knowledge base, supporting the community of practice Manage and report on EA metrics and ServiceNow dashboards 4. Vendor Due Diligence Screen vendor requests for enterprise architecture scope and requirements. Coordinate with demand managers, requestors, and procurement on process and status Provide support to the EA Director and solution architects as needed Build a quality oversight function for new solutions, including process adherence metrics and management reports PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with ServiceNow is required, including Application Portfolio Management, Service Mapping, Demand Management, and Reporting. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. 10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within IT, enterprise architecture, or ServiceNow environments Experience with application portfolio management, service management, ITSM, SAM, and CMDB. Familiarity with business capability modeling and data classification. Demonstrated experience with data migration, mapping, and governance in enterprise systems. Strong process improvement and change management skills. Experience creating change management plans and building and executing communication plans. Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering learning classes. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related field. Ten years of experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions.
