  • Skills Required10+ years Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
  • Experience in Data Governance and Access Governance.
  • Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, access reviews and audit controls.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake governance concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI governance concepts.
  • Process modelling and requirements management skills.
  • Experience with Purview, Collibra or similar tools (preferred).
  • Strong documentation, communication and executive reporting skills.
  • Experience in governance, security or data transformation programs preferred.
