Description JPI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in project management, business and data analytics, and stakeholder facilitation to support strategic initiatives within a high-visibility federal program. The ideal candidate combines analytical and organizational skills with a deep understanding of business processes, data-driven decision-making, and project lifecycle management. This role requires onsite presence at the USCG St. Elizabeths campus three days per week. An active Secret or Top Secret Clearance is required. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Lead business process analysis and requirements development for complex programs. Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder engagements to capture and refine requirements. Develop and manage project documentation including business cases, requirements matrices, and decision logs. Support the creation of dashboards and data visualizations that inform leadership decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data validation standards. Develop, monitor, and report on project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project. Produce high-quality deliverables including workflows, process maps, and reports in Visio, SharePoint, and related tools. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies. Support Agile or hybrid delivery environments, contributing to sprint planning and backlog refinement. Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance (required). PMP certification or equivalent project management credential. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. 7+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related consulting roles. Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau. Proven ability to facilitate sessions, lead discussions, and translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community programs. Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent).
