We're currently looking for a Business Analyst – Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for our office in Stockholm. What’s in it for you? What you’ll be doing Translate Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Sales needs into clear analytical requirements, KPIs and functional specifications Design, build and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and data models to drive pricing, promotion and assortment decisions Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to connect front-end analytics with our Databricks Data Lakehouse Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations stakeholders across markets to turn data into actionable insights Ensure data accuracy and quality, test solutions and drive user adoption in an international environment Contribute to broader commercial and performance analytics initiatives as the function grows 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics or similar roles within FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail or other fast-paced, commercially driven environments Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, visualization best practices) Solid understanding of Revenue Growth Management, Sales analytics and commercial performance metrics Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT stakeholders Good knowledge of data modelling concepts, Power Query and data governance; familiarity with Databricks and SQL is a plus Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions Flexible schedule, hybrid model with the primary work place in the office, and life-work balance Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values Karo Healthcare has a Diverse & Inclusive environment.
