Responsibilities Analyze and model business domains to develop a complete understanding of workflows, processes, and technical requirements supported by the software Lead small projects or contribute to key workstreams within larger initiatives Define business problems, project objectives, and success criteria while identifying and validating business requirements Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases and process models Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder discussions, and sign-off sessions to ensure alignment across teams Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to ensure solutions accurately address business needs Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into clear business and technical requirements Monitor software development progress to ensure solutions meet business, user, and quality expectations Identify opportunities to improve system usability, performance, efficiency, and overall user experience Support solution demonstrations, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience (Software Projects/ Business Analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities This role is open for Arabic speakers only
